Meet our speakers:

Pamela Bozeman has more than 35+Years of executive leadership experience in nonprofit, higher education, and community organizing. Graduating from Northern Illinois with a BA and MPA, she has dedicated her life to the empowerment and advancement of marginalized communities. Currently, Bozeman is the Chief Operations Officer for New Moms, on the Board of EAL, LLC, member of thee amazing Delta Sigma Theta Soroity, and an absolutely “Dope” mother to a brilliant teenager.

Nadia O. Hill is a graduate and current Alumni Board Member of the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). She has served as an AmeriCorps member from 2012-2014 as a GED instructor. Recently, she’s served as a Wellness Facilitator hosting in person wellness sessions for CPS high school students to assist with building their emotional intelligence and mental fortitude in order to prosper as functioning individuals. Her passion towards healthy living, personal development, and advocacy led to the establishment of her consulting business, Bloomin’ Queens Co. which strives to empower women as they heal, grow, and lead under the safety of sisterhood. She has been able to partner with over 1000 women blooming at their own pace. And she is dedicated to pushing the message that Kingdom femininity is an ordained seat of authority!
